1、供货交付使用承诺篇一：按时交货承诺书供应商交货承诺书为以后交易顺利,兹立相关交易条件与产品规格等项目,协议签定后事项,以资乙方遵守：第一条：订单,采购单发行：(一)甲方发出订单方式：采取传真、电子邮件传送、或纸递交任何一方式，甲方以发送订单后，应以语音传输方式联系乙方,确认其已收到该订单。(二)乙方于接收订单及确认生产进度后，应于一个工作日内签名或盖章后回传,并确认可交货日期。(三)乙方如逾期未签名盖章回传,亦未以书面方式告知甲方,则视为乙方已同意订单条件,该订单成立且应按照订单所示的日期交货(四)甲方依照
