1、南瓜自交系农艺性状相关和聚类研究 摘要:对46个南瓜(Cucurbita16南瓜自交系农艺性状相关和聚类研究 摘要:对46个南瓜(Cucurbita16L.)自交系的16个农艺性状进行了田间调查和相关分析,并用系统聚类法进行了聚类分析。结果表明,在南瓜农艺性状中,生长势、雌花间隔、单瓜重、果实纵径的变异系数达到了35%及以上,而蔓粗、节间长、叶柄长、可溶性固形物含量的变异系数在20%及以下,其中以果实纵径的变异系数最大,为41%,蔓粗的变异系数最小,仅为10%。除单瓜种子数外,被调查的15个农艺性状间
2、均存在显著或极显著的相关关系,其中与果实经济性状有关的相关关系分别是:生长势与蔓粗、单瓜重呈极显著正相关,与第一雌花节位、叶柄长、果实横径、果肉厚、熟后质地呈显著正相关;第一雌花节位与雌花间隔、蔓粗、单瓜重呈极显著正相关,与叶柄长呈显著正相关;雌花间隔与叶柄长呈极显著正相关,与单瓜重呈显著正相关,与果肉面度呈显著负相关;蔓粗与单瓜重、果肉厚、熟后质地呈极显著正相关,与叶柄长、果实横径呈显著正相关,与果肉甜度呈显著负相关;叶柄长与果实纵径呈极显著正相关,与可溶性固形物含量呈极显著负相关,与单瓜重呈显著正相关
