6、总则1.1为了科学地评价市政工程施工安全生产情况，提高安全生产工作和文明施工的管理水平，预防伤亡事故的发生，确保职工的安全和健康，实现检查评价工作的标准化、规范化，特制定本标准。1.2本标准适用于市政施工企业及管理部门对市政工程施工安全工作情况的检查和评价。1.3本标准主要采用安全系统工程原理，结合市政工程施工中伤亡事故规律，依据国家有关法律法规、标准和规程而编制。1.4在按本标准检查时，除应符合本标准外，尚应符合国家现行有关强制性标准的规定。2检查分类及评分方法2.1对市政工程施工中易发生伤亡事故的主要环节、部位和工艺等的完成情况做安全检查评价时，应采用检查评分表的形式，分为安全规
