4、······……44参考文献···········。········································……45致谢························································……48摘要本文研究了聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)氟树脂涂料的组成、制备和使用过程对涂料性能的影响,为PVDF涂料配比和制备工艺的设计提供依据。PVDF涂料在使用过程中,经常发生涂料触变性大、涂层外观缺陷多、光泽波动、耐候性不稳定等问题,影响了涂料的使用与性能。通过研究溶剂、丙烯酸树脂与PVD
5、F树脂的混溶性、制备过程的温度变化及冷却方式的不同、各种颜料的耐候性比较,确定相关因素的影响机理。通过比较各种溶剂PVDF树脂分散体的粘度和触变性,发现酮类和酷类溶剂可获得较低的分散粘度。异佛尔酮作为PVDF树脂的分散介质可获得较低的施工粘度和触变性,更利于聚偏二氟乙烯口vDF)氟树脂涂料的滚涂应用。研究了丙烯酸树脂的种类对PVDF树脂涂料的影响,并根据氢键竞争理论对丙烯酸树脂与PVDF树脂混合体粘度的波动进行了分析讨论。实验表明丙烯酸树脂组成结构对PVDF树脂的相容性产生影响。丙烯酸树脂结构中氢键给体的含量越多,丙烯酸树脂与PVDF树脂分
6、散体的混溶性越差,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酷树脂的混溶性最好。同时外加强氢键给体,会破坏PVDF树脂与丙烯酸树脂形成的氢键,使体系的粘度和触变性急剧增加。通过人工加速老化实验,研究了不同颜料在PVDF树脂涂料中的耐候性。颜料的体积浓度、遮盖力、耐光性等因素可导致PVDF树脂涂料耐候性的降低。研究了高温烘烤后,冷却方式的不同对涂层性能的影响。水冷与风冷过程冷却速度的差异,导致PVDF树脂产生不同的晶体形态。水冷过程主要形成p晶相,光泽较高;风冷或自然冷却过程主要形成。晶相,光泽较低。晶相的不同也造成涂层保光性上的差异。比较多种温度下分散体的粘度变化,发
