2、剂残留量的检测方法。以阳离子瓜尔胶为例,采用硼砂一NaOH水溶液对残留醚化剂进行了提取,以C18为分析色谱柱,甲醇一水(0.1%三氟乙酸TFA)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离。质谱采用电喷雾正离子(ESI)电离模式,选择反应检测(SRM)模式检测。结果表明:QUAB-151和QUAB.188在0.5~1001~g·mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)均大于0.998.检出限分别为0.12和0.14p.g·mL~,定量限分别为0.39和0.46t.Lg-mL~。从0.5~100txg·mL的添加浓度的检测结果
