2、玉兰组培苗生长及生理特性的影响,以期为植物组织培养专用LED光源的研发提供理论支持,也为碧玉兰的规模化生产提供参考。【方法】采用LED光源发射的单色光谱红、蓝、绿光等,进行不同光质配比组合,以荧光灯为对照,对碧玉兰组培苗生长及生理指标进行差异比较分析。【结果】碧玉兰组培苗在单一红、蓝光下均生长不良,复合LED光质下形态正常。红蓝绿复合光(RBG)处理的叶片色素含量最高。红光有利于可溶性糖的合成,蓝光有利于游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白的合成。红蓝复合光(2RB)处理碧玉兰组培苗的根长、根数、植株干重、可溶性糖和能效指标最高。【结论】L
