1、水利水电技术第48卷2017年第1期南水北调东线北延进京工程规划研究杨鸣婵，陈峰，杜勇，刘光东(北京市水利规划设计研究院，北京100048)摘要：北京市水资源严重短缺，在考虑南水北调中线扩能增加供水量的条件下，到2030年水资源供求缺口仍有9—14亿m3。南水北调东线外调水源可靠、水量充足、水质达标，向北延伸具有可行幢。通过水资源供需平衡计算，确定2030年东线北延进京工程调水规模lO亿m3。基于低碳发展理念，探索在河北省文安县新建文安洼水库(库容4．2亿m3)将汛期不调水调节为全年连续榆水进京。北京境内工程布局以优水优用、一水多用为目标，现有一环
