3、Theconductorshallbeinsulatedbyextrudedblackcross-linkedpolyethylene(XLPE)material.2.3Thecompletecableshallconsistoffourequal-sizeinsulatedconductorsstrandedtogether,andthedirectionoflayshallberight-hand.Thetypeofconstructionshallcausethetensileloadtobesharedequallybetweenf
