1、第29卷第2期矿冶工程V0I.29№22009年04月蕾ⅡNGANDM匝TALLURGICALENGINEERGApril2009粒度对高铁三水铝石型铝土矿烧结性能和烧结矿显微结构的影响①朱忠平,姜涛,黄柱成,李光辉,张元波,庄剑呜(中南大学资源加工与生物工程学院,湖南长沙410083)摘要:以某高铁三水铝石型铝土矿为原料,研究了铝土矿粒度对烧结矿产质量指标的影响。结果表明,原料的平均粒度增加,烧结矿转鼓强度和成品率均降低。当平均粒度为1.6~2.4mm时,垂直烧结速度大于30mm/min,利用系数大于1.3t/(m·h),转鼓强度大于68.5%,成品率大于80.
2、0%,平均粒度在1.8mm左右时垂直烧结速度和利用系数达到最大值。原料的粒度对烧结矿矿相影响不大,但对矿物组成有影响。烧结矿粘结相主要由含铝硅的铁酸钙和含铁硅的铝酸钙组成,当粘结相中铝铁原子比AL/(Al+Fe)小于0.2时形成铁酸钙;当AL/(Al+Fe)比值大于0.2时形成铝酸钙。平均粒度增加,烧结矿中铁酸钙含量减少,铝酸钙增加,铁酸钙由针状、片状向不定形状发展。铁酸钙的含量及铁酸钙的形状决定烧结矿强度。关键词:粒度;高铁i水铝石型铝土矿;烧结性能;显微结构中图分类号:TF521,TF821文献标识码:A文章编号:0253—6099(2009)02—0050—
