1、中国石油大学(华东)本科毕业设计(论文)摘要本管线设计全长245.8公里,海拔高度在5到114米之间,所经地段地势较为平缓,因而不存在翻越点。管道内径根据经济流速来确定,最后选定管型为φ7118,管材为,设计内压力MP。本设计全线均采用从“泵到泵”的密闭输送方式,加热方式为直接加热。设计输量为1700万吨/年,为了满足输量要求,以热泵合一为原则,并考虑到多方面的因素,全线共采用了三座热泵站来为输油提供能量,各站站内均采用先炉后泵的方式运行。考虑到优化组合,每站均由三台14×14×19CMSD.D型大泵和一台小泵组成,其中一台大
2、泵为备用泵。加热炉均采用圆筒型加热炉,各站内加热炉台数随需要情况而定。确定热泵站站址的过程中综合考虑了沿线的地理情况和环境保护,职工生活方便情况等各方面的因素,布站如下:首站选在0公里处,2#站布置在80公里处,3#站布置在160公里处。在满足各种条件的情况下,工艺流程尽可能的简单,并且输油工艺尽可能地体现可靠的先进技术,减少能耗。首站的工艺流程包括:正输、反输、倒罐、热油循环、清管球的收发等操作;中间站工艺流程有:正输、反输、压力越站、热力越站、清管球的收发等操作。关键词:管型;输量;热泵站;站址;工艺流程中国石油大学(华东
