1、针对性术前护理干预和常规护理对普外科患者焦虑恐惧情绪的影响对比观察【摘耍】目的：探讨针对性术前护理干预措施对于普外科手术患者焦虑恐惧情绪的影响及临床应用效果。方法：将本院普外科收治的152例手术患者随机分为针对性护理组与常规护理组，两组患者均给予常规护理措施，针对性护理组患者在此基础上给予针对焦虑恐惧情绪的心理护理措施。比较两组患者入院、手术前焦虑评分(SAS量表)，术前睡眠时间，护理满意率等指标。结果：术前针对性护理组SAS评分显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05),而术前睡眠时间、护理满意率显著高于常

8、的恢复［1］。本研究观察了针对性术前护理干预对于普外科患者焦虑恐惧心理情绪的影响，现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本院普外科2012年1-6月共收治152例手术患者，文化程度：大学44例，高中中专66例，初中28例，小学10例，文盲4例；拟行手术：胆囊切除术44例，胃癌切除术34例，肠癌切除术30例,乳腺癌根治术20例，甲状腺切除术16例，疝修补术8例。将所有患者随机分为针对性护理组与常规护理组。针对性护理组患者76例，男43例，女33例，年龄31
