2、edevelopmenttrend.AtpresentChinawidelyusedthelasertrackertoachievethree-dimensionalshapemeasurement.Thelasertrackerisacontactmeasurementwhichischaracteristicofneedingforahandheldcornercubetargetballascooperativetarget.Therefore,thematerialsandsizeofthemeasurementobjectaresubjecttoce
3、rtainrestrictions.Withthefeatureoflargemeasurementrange,wellenvironmentaladaptability,withoutcooperationobjectivesandothercharacteristics,itmakesthisarticlehasimportanttheoreticalsignificanceandpracticalvalue.Inthefirstplace,inviewoftherequirementofhighprecision3Dprofilemeasurementi
4、nlargeparts,thedissertationproposeda3Dshapemeasurementmethodbasedontheprincipleoffrequencymodulationcoherentlaserradar.Bymeasuringthefrequencydifferencebetweenthetransmitterandreceivingsystemstofulfilllaserradarranging,andusingrotaryencoderforanglemeasurement.Onthebasisofthelaserrad
