7、结构和编写》。本标准由中国海洋石油总公司安全环保专业标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:中海石油(中国)有限公司深圳分公司。本标准主要起草人:王均、夏宁、崔磊、林有燕、颜志华。本标准主审人:朴庆利。IIQ/HS4015—2010能量隔离管理规定1范围本标准规定了在设备、设施及装置上进行的维修及改造等作业所涉及的能量隔离要求。本标准适用于在海洋油气生产和相关作业设施以及工艺流程性生产设施上进行的作业活动。危险化学品单位可参照本标准执行。2规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是
