1、摘要辽宁省科技型中小企业项目融资问题研究——以沈阳XX科技发展有限公司为例作为技术集中型的科技型中小企业，其发展对于提高我国各项产业的创新能力、发展自己特色的科技型品牌、促进我国产业结构向更加合理健康的方向发展等都起到了重要的作用。可以说加快发展科技型中小企业是目前及未来产业发展的重要趋势。然而，从目前的形势来看，还有很多因素阻碍我省科技型中小企业的发展，其中最主要的因素便是资金问题，融资困难成了阻碍我省科技型中小企业发展的关键因素。近年来，科技型中小企业对我省的经济发展发挥了重要作用，作为东北重工业区，科技型中小企业的发展对改变旧的产业结
2、构起到了关键的作用，同时缓解了我省的就业压力，也促进了科技的创新。然而，我省大部分科技型中小企业仍然面临着融资难的问题，在阻碍这类企业发展崛起的同时，这也成为了阻碍我省经济发展的重要因素。因此，怎样解决中下企业融资难问题是本文所研究的关键。本文从科技型中小企业自身的特点及发展现状出发，分析其融资难的成因，并在此基础上提出解决我省科技型中小企业融资问题的对策。以期实现我省科技型中小企业的健康快速发展，从而打动我省经济的发展。关键词：科技型中小企业现状融资机构政府对策IAbstractResearchonthefinancingproblemo
