2、ingstudentstodevelopgoodhabitsearly.二、Teachingphilosophy：(教学理念)美国教育学家斯宾塞也竭力提倡“快乐教育”，要求教育尽量激励儿童的学习兴趣，让儿童带者快乐的情绪学习，从而变求知为一种乐事。教师要充分考虑儿童的认知及心理、生理发展特点，在课堂教学中，充分有效地激发学生的兴趣，更有利于英语的学习。现在使用的牛津版小学英语教科书生动有趣，图文并茂，应用性强，涵盖范围极广，虽说有一定的难度，但比较适合儿童口味，可以说是集知识性、趣味性、教育性于

3、一体，形式多样。我在教学中根据儿童好奇心强又活泼好动的特点，利用多媒体设计了看图猜时间，听音猜时间等活动。并且课前让学生亲自动手制作了钟表，在课堂上用自己制作的钟表来配合老师进行听音拨时钟的游戏，而且利用自制的钟表和同学进行交流，学生都能全身心的投入。整节课在轻松愉快的氛围中进行。除了采用新鲜多样的学习形式，我还利用了动画歌曲来激发学生的学习兴趣，让孩子们愿意学习，乐于学习，对英语学科感兴趣。三、TeachingProcess:StepOne:Warming-up1.Singasong:Numb
