6、mptionmaycreatedifferencesintheconditionsofcompetitionand,asaresult,directlyaffecttheoperationofthecommonmarket;whereaslawsinthissphereshouldthereforebeapproximatedasprovidedforinArticle100oftheTreaty;WhereasthisapproximationoflawsshouldbeaccompaniedbyCommunityactiond
