1、电费征缴系统摘要经过多年的电力信息化建设，电力企业己经建成了一系列服务于生产、营销等多方面的计算机信息系统。电费缴费信息化这种新的缴费方式使原来供电企业直管直抄不断上升趋势的居民客户的缴费难问题得以解决。本系统是为电力部门所专门设计的电费征缴管理系统，它包括电力收费部门所必须的缴费用户的开户登记，用户缴费，用户预缴费，余额查询等功能。系统可以安全、快捷、-RT然的查询用电费用发生情况、欠费情况和账户资金情况，并进行电费的缴纳。根据实际需求，电费征缴管理系统这个项目釆用模块化的设计思想，在WindowsXP操作系统环境下
2、，搭建ASP运行环境IIS6.0,通过使用VBScript脚本语言完成动态的、交互的web服务器应用程序，实现电费征缴管理系统的主要功能。本系统具有多方面特点：系统功能完备，使用方便简捷，人性化的用户界面，安全保密设置齐全，大大减少了操作人员的工作负担。该系统详尽描述了开发电费征缴管理系统的全过程，是按软件工程的思想设计的，包括需求分析、系统总体设计、系统详细设计等。设计屮，对系统总体方案的设计，采用了“自上而下”的方法，而对于信息系统具体业务采用了“自下而上”的方法。关键词：屯力信息化；数据库;ASP；管理系统Abs
