1、现代康复000310现代康复MODERNREHABILITATION2000　Vol.4　No.3　P.346-349帕金森病的针灸疗法王玲玲摘要：帕金森病(PD)在病机上以风气内动为其根本，其中肝肾阴虚、气血不足、脾肾阳虚为动风之本，肝风、痰浊、瘀血是动风之标。在本病的选穴处方上，应兼顾主症、证候和兼症三方面，其中头部选穴对本病尤为重要；手法上主张综合多种治疗，电针、艾灸和刺络放血结合使用。临床观察结果发现，针灸对本病具有改善症状、延缓病程、减少抗帕金森病药物用量、减轻药物副作用及增强体质、提高抗病能力等作用。对于针灸的疗效机理，认为主要具有升高脑内单胺类递质水
