2、具有丰富物流从业经验和全球战略眼光的高级物流人才，然而，3"-前浙江物流人才供给远不能满足物流产业升级的需要。为建立适应物流产业升级需求的现代物流人才队伍，浙江要结合地方经济发展需要和区域物流发展特色，明确人才开发目标，设计开发内容，拓展开发途径，完善现代物流人才引进、培养及培训措施，规范物流职业资格准入制度，加大人才开发资金投入，并为现代物流人才创业就业创造良好的政策环境。关键词：物流产业；产业升级；现代物流；人才开发中图分类号：C961：F240：1726文献标识码：A文章编号：1000—7695(2012)
