1、当代人学生和谐人际关系对策研究摘要21世纪是一个交往日趋频繁、社会更加和谐的世纪，它要求作为国家栋梁的大学生具有和谐的人际关系。然而，当代大学生的人际关系并不乐观，很多大学生深受人际交往、人际关系问题的困扰。因此，对促进当代大学生形成和谐人际关系的对策进行研究，不仅具有理论意义，更具有现实意义。任何对策都不是凭空想象的，都要针对现状和原因來提出，否则对策就失去了针对性，不能切实解决问题。本文从对当代大学生人际关系现状的调查入手，深入分析当代大学生和谐人际关系的影响因素，在此基础上展开对策探讨，使对策研究做到言Z有理、言Z有据。本论文包括四个部分：第一部分
