1、接枝棉织物纳米银抗菌整理研究张恩甫I,吴明华0刘爱莲2,陈瑾I,沈银松I(1.浙江理工大学先进纺织材料与制备技术教育部重点实验室,杭州310018;2.浪莎控股集团有限公司,浙江义乌322000;3.浙江理工大学生态染整技术教育部工程研究中心,杭州310018)摘要:采用甲基丙烯酰胺对棉织物接枝,研究还原剂还原法纳米银幣理工艺因素对接枝棉织物纳米银含量的影响,优化工艺条件,测定整理工艺硝酸银利用率和整理接枝棉织物纳米银含量、抗菌性能及其咐洗性,并与整理棉织物比较。结果表明:接枝棉织物还原剂还原法整理优化工艺条件为:棉织物的接枝率为15.05
2、%,浸渍温度为90°C,浸渍时间为Omin,柠檬酸三钠与硝酸银的摩尔比为5:1;该工艺硝酸银利用率为35.51%;整理接枝棉织物纳米银含量为575.3mg/kg,对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌抑菌率均达到99.9%,具有优异的抗菌性能。经50次洗涤后,银含量保留率为75.23%,对两种细菌的抑菌率仍保持99.9%。研究表明棉织物接枝改性,可以提高硝酸银利用率,提高整理接枝棉织物纳米银含量及其耐洗性。关键词:染整技术;纳米银;棉织物;接枝;抗菌中图分类号:TS195.5Studyonantibacterialfinishingofgraftedcott
