1、·1460·2008全国博士生学术论坛电气工程论文集变电站接地网腐蚀分析及防腐蚀措施周蜜王建国武汉大学电气工程学院湖北武汉430072【摘要】变电站接地网腐蚀与土壤性质密切相关。本文从电化学腐蚀基本理论出发,首先介绍了变电站接地网腐蚀的基本类型。为调查变电站接地网腐蚀状况,对分布在广东佛山不同地区21个变电站的钢质接地网进行了开挖取样及腐蚀测量,同时对影响土壤腐蚀的相关因素进行了现场测量及实验室分析。接地网腐蚀速度数据表明,电缆沟内接地体和接地引下线比主接地网的腐蚀更严重。通过土壤电阻率、pH值、含水量及含盐量与变电站接地网腐蚀之间的关系分析表明,这些因素与接地网腐蚀之间
2、都具有一定的规律,但单项土壤腐蚀因素无法决定变电站接地网的腐蚀,必须考虑多种因素的交互作用。最后讨论了国际及国内变电站钢接地网采用的防腐蚀措施,综合考虑接地体全面腐蚀和局部腐蚀数据基础上进行接地体截面选择是有效的防腐蚀方法。【关键词】变电站接地网全面腐蚀局部腐蚀防腐蚀CorrosionofSubstationGroundingGridandAnticorrosionMeasuresZhouMiWangJianguoSchoolofElectricalEngineering,WuhanUniversity,Wuhan430072,Hubei,ChinaAbstract:Su

5、iousthaninthemaingroundinggrid.Therelationshipanalysisbetweensubstationgroundinggridcorrosionandsoilresistivity,pHvalue,watercontentandsolublesaltscontentshowedthatallofthemcontributedtosubstationgroundinggridcorrosionwithregularities,butnoneofwhichcoulddetermineinindividual.Interactionof
6、multiplefactorshastobeconsideredincorrosionforecastinsubstationgroundinggrid.Differentmethodsavailablefortheprotectionofsteelgroundinggridsarediscussedinthispaper.Allowanceforcorrosionshouldbeprovidedforbothuniformandpittingcorrosionwhileselectingtheareaofthegroundingconductorsbaseduponth
