3、mentsbothontechnicalandorganisationalpointofview.OftenlistedamongtheserequirementsisthedifficultyofevolutionoflegacysystemswithregardstotheY2Kthresholdoreuro-compliancyinEurope;theinterestofauniquesystemincomparisonwithnon-homogeneoussoftwarepackages;thenecessitytoefficientlyga
4、ther,store,processanddispatchinformationwithintheentirecompany;ortheneedsoffinancialconsolidation.Inthemeantime,newinformationtechnologyopportunitiesappeared:generalisationofnetworks,increasedpowerofcomputersanddatabases,etc.,whichmadepossiblethedesignofcomprehensiveinformation
