4、oment,hestartedtotakehimselfseriouslyasawriter.Asimovbeganhavingstoriespublishedinsciencefictionmagazinesin1939.In1950hepublishedhisfirstnovelandin1953hisfirstsciencebook. Throughouthislife,Asimovreceivedmanyawards,bothforhissciencefictionbooksandhissciencebooks.Amonghismostfamousworksofscience

5、fiction,oneforwhichhewonanawardwastheFoundationtrilogy(1951-1953),threenovelsaboutthedeathandrebirthofagreatempireinagalaxyofthefuture.ItwaslooselybasedonthefalloftheRomanEmpirebutwasaboutthefuture.ThesebooksarefamousbecauseAsimovinventedatheoreticalframeworkwhichwasdesignedtoshowhowideasandthi
