1、摘要本文通过对我国汽车举升机现状的调查、研究、分析,参考国内外解决举升机安全与稳定性问题的解决措施,对几种举升机进行了分析,并结合我国举升机存在的实际情况,提出了适合我国汽车修理行业的四柱式汽车举升机设计方案。本文首先阐述了四柱式汽车举升机设计的目的和意义、发展状况以及应用前景。分析论证了一种举升承载质量为3.5t的四柱式汽车举升机总体设计方案,进行了举升机构的机械系统、液压系统、电气系统等主要机构的方案分析和选择,并对机械部分进行了运动分析以及强度和刚度的校核计算,对液压系统及电气系统进行了设计和计算。本课题基于计算机仿真平台,应用当前CAD/CAE领
2、域应用比较广泛的二维软件AutoCAD、三维软Pro/E、有限元软件ANSYS及动力学仿真软件ADAMS,进行汽车举升机二维图纸设计、三维实体建模、举升机的强度、刚度、稳定性及动态特性等方面的计算机仿真研究与分析,可以代替举升机物理样机的前期试验,为我国汽车举升机产品的设计、技术开发方面提供更多的理论参考,进一步提高国产汽车举升机的稳定性和可靠性,提高产品的市场竞争力。关键词:四柱式举升机;虚拟样机技术;三维设计;有限元;动态仿真ABSTRACTInthispaper,thestatusquoofChina'sautomotiveliftinvestig
