5、05).Inthegeneralscopeofthestudy,crisisistakenasonlyafinancialcrisis.However,fromahumanresourcesperspective,anykindofcrisisisimportanttoconsider;so,inthisstudycrisisingeneralwillbeevaluated.Acrisiscanbedescribedasatotaldisruptiveeventtoapartialdisruptionwherepeople,prope
6、rty,equipmentortheenvironmentthatmayendupeffectingcompanyvaluenegatively.Itruinsthereputationandupsetsstakeholderperceptiontowardstheorganization.Intoday'sworld,thehumanresources,roleisevermoreimportantduringtimesofcrisistopreventirreparabledamagethanitwasbefore.Humanre
