1、摘要目前，我国宽带接入服务竞争非常激烈，各运营商的价格大战已到白热化程度，业务资费不断降低的同吋，维护成本也越来越高，运营商身上逐渐背负起沉重的枷锁，服务模式亟待改变。2001年我国已加入世界贸易组织，宽带市场会逐步向世界开放，国外通信企业也绝不会放弃屮国这个巨大的市场。综合国内外各方面因素，从现在开始不断提高服务水平，降低企业运营成本，提高市场竞争力是我国互联网运营商的唯一选择。木文对宽带远程服务项目进行了介绍，利用互联网通信技术向宽带用户提供及时、专业的远程服务，第一时间解决用户端问题，降低宽带业务修障压力和维修外包支出，
2、实现业务的可持续发展。除此Z外，通过提供宽带延仲服务来增加互联网增值业务收入，以差异化的售后服务增强品牌优势，提升运营商服务水平和用户满意度。木文首先就口前宽带远程服务的相关研究、应用现状进行了综述，对项目可行性、服务内容和开发实现方案进行了探讨,并对项目服务质量的管理和项目效益进行了研究，最后对项目实施过程中的人力资源管理、项目进度控制等关键性问题进行了论述，在项目过程中应用了一系列项目管理领域的方法，有效的保证项口进度和项口成果的正确性，使项口能够顺利实施、投入使用并发挥预定的作用和效益。关键词：宽带故障，计算机远程控制，
