1、煤矿粉尘治理是保障矿井安全生产和矿工身体健康的重要因素。随着大型机械化采煤作业的发展,煤矿井下产生的粉尘也在不断增加。粉尘的危害极其严重,不但能够给矿工带来严重的职业病,同时也是造成煤矿安全事故的隐患。为了更好的治理粉尘,设计了煤矿降尘控制系统。本设计在充分研究了井下粉尘的来源以及国内外普遍采用的降尘方法,结合国内情况,决定采用喷雾式降尘系统。系统由单片机、红外发射模块、红外接收模块、继电器驱动模块、载波通信模块构成。通过对采煤机的红外定位,做到定向、定时喷雾。以实现耗水少、功耗低、简单实用的目的。控制系统的主控制器芯片是STC公司的S
2、TC89c52单片机,他是一种低功耗、高性能CM0S8位微控制器,具有8K在系统可编程Flash存储器。在本设计中,单片机与上位机间的通信采用电力线载波通信技术。电力载波模块选择BWP10A通信模块。煤矿井下降尘控制系统能够有效降低井下粉尘浓度,改善作业环境,保障煤矿安全生产。另外本设计对单片机接收红外感应信号并控制继电器开启喷雾做出了实物。实物实现了设计的部分功能。关键词:喷雾降尘,STC89c52,电力载波,红外定位AbstractDustcontrolincoa1mineistheimportantfactortoguarante
