4、ondescriptionlanguage,basiccommunicationstructureforsubstationandfeederequipment,andspecificcommunicationservicemapping(SCSM)・MappingtoMMS.Secondly,thethesissummarizesthestandardIEC61850-basedIEDmodelingstepsandengineeringmodeling,modelingoflinespacingIED
5、substationconfigurationdescriptionlanguage.AnditcreatesthelinespacingtotheconfigurationfileIEDbasedonthestructureandsyntax.Again,thepapersimulatesthedataoutputfunctionofthemergingunit,thecurrentandvoltagevaluebysimulationoffaultlineissenttolineprotectiond
6、eviceasthedatasourcetoprotectiontaskoflineprotectiondevice,thenthesoftwaredesigniscompletedandtherealizationofdataoutputisverifiedbytheWircSharkmessageanalysissoftware.Finally,theanalysisoflineprotectiondevicesandthedesignofthesoftwaretechnologysolutions,

8、的繁重任务,对电网的安全和经济运行起着举足轻重的作用⑴。1993年,变电站自动化理论最初在国内提出。20世纪90年代初,随着计算机技术、网络通讯技术的飞速发展,出现了分布式变电站自动化系统,系统按变电站的控制层次和对象设置全站控制(站控层,又称变电站层)和就地单元控制(间隔层)的二层式分布控制系统结构⑵。但是,由于缺乏统一的标准,常规变电站综合白动化系统存在着信息难以共享、设备Z间不具备互操作性、系统的可扩展性差、系统可靠性受
