1、“网上办公系统”是为了提高企业内部的管理效率，增加管理信息发送和接收的时效性，使得办公趋势朝着“无纸化”方向发展而进行开发的oASP.NET技术对在网络中实现信息的传递和检索提供了良好的支持，并且能与用户进行便捷的动态交互，符合“实时办公”的要求，所以本系统采用ASP.NET技术并结合SQLServer2000后台数据库开发实现的。本课题开发的这套中小型企业网上办公系统采用B/S模式开发，以工作流为中心，优势在于系统简单、功能强大、扩展能力良好以及跨地域的操作功能。系统开发的性能要求是实现网络办公的系统化、规范化、无纸化和自动化。ASP.NET结
2、合SOLServer数据库实现以下功能：文件、公文、议题讨论、邮件、系统管理与数据信息的存储、输岀等操作，将许多日常工作集成在一起，使办公的效率更高。本文的主要工作集中在对所要开发的系统简耍的概述，简介系统的开发工具，并着重分析了所要用到的技术，详细介绍了系统各个功能模块的设计及实现，在详细设计的基础上，对部分功能模块的关键技术进行了重点介绍和分析，并对系统进行了严格的测试。关键词网络办公；工作流；管理系统Abstract"Thenetascendstotransactthesystem^isforincreasinginternalmanage
