1、·1050·实用放射学杂志2013年7月第29卷第7期JPractRadiol,Jul.2013,Vol.29,No.7板障型脑膜瘤的影像学表现12122文新年,黄婷婷,唐纪兰,唐刚华,张祥松(1广西柳州钢铁集团公司医院放射科,广西柳州545002;2中山大学附属第一医院核医学科)摘要:目的探讨颅骨板障型脑膜瘤的CT、MRI及PET/CT影像学特点,以提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的14例颅骨板障型脑膜瘤的临床及影像学资料。结果5例位于顶骨,4例位于颞骨,2例位于枕骨,左蝶骨大翼及左额顶骨各1例;CT显示6例呈膨胀性改变,低或混杂密度,8例呈高密度成
2、骨改变;3例增强扫描后病灶明显均匀强化,1例呈不均匀强化,2例强化不明显;MRI以长T1长T2信号为主,增强后病灶强化明显,2例邻近脑膜增厚强化,其中1例脑膜增厚呈块状;PET/CT显示病灶高度摄取1818F脱氧葡萄糖(fluorodeoxyglucose,FFDG)。结论颅骨板障型脑膜瘤与颅内常见脑膜瘤不同,即使具有一定的影像特征性,但术前易误诊为骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变,最终诊断依靠病理。关键词:脑膜瘤;计算机体层成像;磁共振成像;正电子发射体层成像DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1002-1671.2013.07.005中图分类号:R739.45;R8

6、nstratedheterogeneousenhancement,andanothertwolesions(2/14)wasnotalmoststrengthened.MRIdemonstratedlongT1weightedandT2weightedsignalandthelesionssignificantlyenhanced.Moreoveradjacentmaterintwocases(2/14)showedthickenedandenhanced,whereoneofthem(1/2)hadmassive1818thickeningenhance
7、ment.ThelesiononPET/CTshowedhighuptakeofFfluorodeoxyglucose(FFDG).ConclusionTheIMwhichisdifferentfromtheregularintracranialmeningioma,isoftenmisdiagnosedasbonetumorsandtumorlikelesionseventhoughithassomespecificimagingfeatures.Thefinaldiagnosisreliesonpathology.Keywords:meningioma
