1、AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentoftheInternetofThingsandRFIDtechnology,thedemandforRFIDtagscontinuedtoshowanupwardtrend.AndthelocalizationoftheRFIDtagInlaymanufacturingequipmentisofgreatsignificance.Itisessentialtoimprovethestabilityandreliabilityofdomesticequipment,andalsotodiagnosea
2、ndmaintaintimelywhilethefailureoccurred.UnderthestudiesontheRFIDtagInlaymanufacturingequipment,thispaperproposesadiagnosis-maintenancesystem.It'smainlyabout:AccordingtotheproductionprocessoftheRFIDtag,theneedsanalysisofthesystemarecompletedandthecompositionofthesystemisdefinedalso.De
3、pendingonthesework,theoveralldesignofthediagnosis-maintenancesystemareproposed.Afterthat,thepaperdiscussesthemonitoringtechnologyfortheequipmentandshowthedesignofthemonitoringmodule.FMEA(FailureModesandEffectsAnalysis)andFaulttreemethodareusedtoanalyzetheRFIDtagInlaymanufacturingequi
4、pment,listFMEAtablesandbuildfaulttreemodelfortwokeymodulesincludingbondingandhot-pressing.Onthebasisoftheapplicationonthefault”ChipHot-PressingInadequateninRFIDtagInlaymanufacturingequipment,thediagnosis-reasoningmethodbasedonfuzzyPetrinetsarestudied.Andthereasoningresultisverifiedal
5、so,whichshowsthefeasibilityofthesystem.Intheend,thesoftwareimplementationofthediagnosis-maintenancesystemiscompletedwhichhavebeentestedontheequipmentHIT-DIIIwhichisdevelopedbyWuhanHuaweikeIntelligenttechnologyCo.LTD.Thetestresultsshowthatthesystemcanmeettheactualneedsoftheequipment,a
