1、题目:葵花籽重力分选机设计姓名:班级学号:指导教师:吴旺旺07080541魏天路摘要谷物清选是收获后不可缺少的坏节收获后的谷物中不仅包含饱满和成熟的籽粒而且还有机械损伤破碎和不成熟的谷粒此外还包含有许多的杂质如草籽泥沙断穗硬壳等等因此无论留作种了还是其他用途,在此理论基础作了分析,通过对振动筛机构的设计,实现了他在农业机械领域的应用实践。本文着重对葵花籽重力清选机构做了简单的分析和研究,讨论了重力清选机的发展历程。同时,对国外大型清选机做了初步的分析。这里主要是针对葵花籽重力清选机清选机的设计进行的,从整体布局到个别零件的选用都进行了改良,不仅包括筛箱的
2、设计,支撑方案的设计,还包括轴,带轮,偏心块等零件的设计。采用单电机带动,带轮传动來使得两个偏心块同步,采用了座式结构,使得结构更加安全,占地面积更小。机架和筛体为主要部件,采用高强度和高冲击韧性的钢材,不仅仅提高了整机的耐用度,还减轻了整个结构的重量,设计中还包括对连接和固定件的选用,采用销连接和部分螺钉连接,机架采用焊接。通过对以前清选机构的借鉴,采用一级筛分,负压吸风式,适用于对不同密度的谷物杂质进行清选。关键词:清选重力葵花籽机架筛体AbstractGrainCleaningisanessentialpartofpost-harvestgrain
