1、12个家蚕原种的产卵规律及产卵量差异比较分析杨继芬范永慧杨大平廖鹏飞刘位芬欧秀华生红涛杨文摘要:为蚕种保护及人工孵化提供准确的浸酸适期和入库冷藏时间,提高蚕卵卵质和孵化率,调查了云南现行家蚕品种芙蓉・932、湘晖・7532、菁松、皓月、云蚕7、云蚕8的12个原种母蛾拆对后产卵量和卵质随吋间的变化规律。结果表明:在同一时间段内,不同家蚕原种的产卵量及卵质存在一定差异,其屮皓月AXB综合表现较好,平均产卵量为441.31粒/蛾,不良卵比例为2.61%,芙蓉X932个体间产卵量差界大,平均产卵量为35
2、5.47粒/蛾,不良卵达总产卵量的43.2%,在所调查的12个家蚕原种中综合表现最差;不同家蚕原种的盛产卵时期与产卵速度略有差异,除云蚕8BXA外,盛产卵时期主要集中在投蛾后第Fh,超过80%的总产卵量集屮在1°h。云蚕7AXB产卵速度最快,投蛾后1h即达到产卵高峰,且5h内产卵量达总产卵量的80%以上云蚕8BXA产卵高峰期为投蛾后第8h,在10h总产卵量超过80%,产卵速度最慢。在蚕种繁育过程中宜根据不同品种的不同产卵规律对交配、袋蛾、浸酸适期和入库适期等技术采取相应的处理。关键词:家蚕;盛产
