1、中国卫生事业管理2015年第6期(总第324期)【农村卫生管理】*农村订单定向免费医学生现状调查研究12△12黄星，左延莉，潘小炎，张海英(1．广西医科大学教务处，广西南宁530021;2．广西医科大学全科医学院)［摘要］目的:通过调查高等医学院校农村订单定向医学生的基本情况、就业意向及影响因素，分析目前订单定向医学教育的问题和提出对策建议。方法:采用自制的调查问卷，对广西三所医学院校订单定向医学生796人进行调查，有效问卷回收率95.7%。结果:农村订单定向医学生年龄以20～24岁为主，父母多为农民、中学或以下文化;学生选择该专业的原因多是家人建议和无学习费用
