5、entationrequirements,Pricewillbethesame.Instead,offeradifferencebetweenmerelyduetothebiddersintermsofaccuracyofinconsistenciesandnoneothervaryingdegrees,theysimplycouldnottenderunitsoftheconstruction,technologyandmanagementlevel,whichmaynotnecessarilyofferatruelow-costenterprise.2.Asapriceforthe
