1、本科生毕业设计基于PLC自来水厂自动控制系统设计TheSubjectofGraduationProject学生姓名专业学号指导教师分院2017年3月供水是一个关系国计民生的重要产业,随着我国改善人民牛活条件、建设小康社会及提高劳动牛产水平等目标的实现,对自来水水质的要求也越来越高。水处理厂计算机自动化控制系统是保证安全、连续、优质供水的措施。木文通过分析国内外已建水厂自动化控制系统的现状,结合工艺设备智能化的发展趋势,及我国中小型水厂现状,设计了一套以PLCS7-200作为控制器的自来水自动控制系统,该系统能实时监测水质、取水流量、pH值、管网压力,监控厂区安全,自动
2、控制投矶、加氯,还能自动存储历史数据。此系统不仅能降低能耗、节约成木、减少维修维护工作强度、提高管理水平、确保供水质量,还能推进我国给水工艺的发展,对减小与先进水平的差距都具有现实意义。通过运行情况表明,该系统功能齐全,性能稳定可靠,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。关键词:PLC自动化控制系统上位机监控系统ABSTRACTThewaterserviceisasignificantindustryinnationalwelfareandthepeople'slivelihood・Withthequickeningpaceofpeople'slivingstandardand

6、erationsignificanceforreducingthegapwithadvancedstandards,notonlycutsdowntheenergyconsumption,savescost,reducestheservicemaintenanceworkingstrength,enhancesthemanagementlevel,guaranteesthewatersupplyquality,butalsoimprovestheadvancementofthewatersupplytechnology.Therunningconditionsofth
