5、宅工程,无锡华府置业有限公司XDG-20XX-83地块(XDG-20XX-83号地块) 项目总用地面积为8012平方米,总建筑面积50109平方米,容积率。其中地上总建筑面积平方米,地下总建筑面积平方米。地下一层,地上33层,建筑高度,1~3层为商业裙房,4~33层为住宅,地下局部为人防工程。 为满足施工单位的用电要求,建设单位在工地西北角靠建设路围墙内设置一个为500KVA总箱 式变电站。现根据我施工单位的总现场平面布置图,供电量能够满足施工要求,整个施工现场一级供电为一路,设置在靠近总箱变东侧位置,二级配电共分配
