1、贵诚煤矿M14瓦斯抽放系统设计摘要:贵诚煤矿位于贵州省织金县东北方向,该矿井属于高瓦斯矿井,其中M14煤属于高瓦斯低透气性煤层。本文首先对贵诚煤矿和M14煤的基木情况进行了介绍,利用搜集到的基本参数计算了M14煤的瓦斯储量和论述了对该采区进行瓦斯抽放的口J行也针对该采区开采时瓦斯涌出量大和瓦斯超限等问题,说明了对该采区进行瓦斯抽放的必要性。本文论述了当前瓦斯抽放的一些方法,结合M14煤的实际情况,确定了该采区应用本煤层预抽、边掘边抽和釆空区抽放相结合的综合瓦斯抽放方法。根据煤层的高瓦斯低透气性特征,通过计算,确定了设计参数以及钻场和钻孔的布置方式。Z后对瓦斯抽放系统进行设
2、计,进行管路敷设线路和管网抽放量得确定,以及抽放管路选型和管网阻力计算。设计了抽放系统管网的布置形式,根据计算的管网阻力与流量,选择了与抽放能力相匹配的瓦斯抽放泵及抽放管路附属装置及设施。然后对整个瓦斯抽放系统进行了经济概算,制定了整个抽放系统的安全技术措施,论述了抽放瓦斯的综合利用和抽放站的配套设施。最后制定了瓦斯抽放的规章制度。关键词:贵诚煤矿;M14煤;高瓦斯;瓦斯抽放GasdrainagesystemdesignofGuichengMineAbstract:GuichengMineislocatedinnortheastofZhijin,GuizhouProvin
