3、eabilitytonumericallysimulatethewholeflowfieldisvitaltooptimaldesign.Previousattemptshaveadoptedasteady-statesemi-empiricalanalysisrequiringexperimentally-basedinputsofsomeform.Inthepresentwork,theCFDcodeCFX-4isusedforthefullfieldcomputationforboththefluidwithintheimpellerpassagesandthefluidoutside.
4、Themodelsolvestheunsteadyensemble-averagedcontinuityandmomentumequations(Reynoldsequations)withturbulenceeffectsaccountedforbyk-εmodel,RNGkε-model,andalgebraicstressmodel.Theequationsarediscretisedbythefinite-volumeapproach.Themeshisdividedintotwopartswhicharefixedtotheirrespectiveframesofreference,
5、onebeingstationaryandtheotherrotatingwiththeimpeller.Attheinterfacebetweenthesetwopartstherotatingmeshslidesoverthefixedoneateachtimeinterval.Thecomputationproceedssimultaneouslyoverthewholeflowfieldandthesolutionsinbothrotatingandstationerydomainsarecoupledatalltimes.Comparisonsbetweentheprediction
6、sandtheexperimentaldatameasuredbyparticleimagingvelocimetry(PIV)showthatallthemajorflowpatternsarewellreproduced.Thequantitativecomparisonsshowencouragingagreement.Keywordsstirredtank,flowfieldmeasurement,PIV,numericalsimulation,turbulentmodel过程及流动状况,为混合设备的设计优化和放大提引言供理论指导,是混合技术的一个重要发展方向.以搅拌设备在化工、冶金、
