3、gonjournalsandmanypeculiarities,suchasnetwork-inducedtimedelay,dataconferences,witchdealwiththedesignandperformancepacketdropouts,asynchronousclockamongnetworknodesetc.[1-6]analysisofNCS.ItisnecessarytodevelopnewtheoryandtechnologyforcontrolInthispaper,weemphas
4、izeonthelinearandnonlinearsystemovernetworks.ManyresearchersareinterestedinNCSNCSwithnetwork-introducedrandomtimedelays.Wewillrecently.Inthispaper,weemphasizedontheNCSwithrandomtimedelays.WepresentedanewmodelingmethodforlinearandconsiderNCSasdepictedinFigure1,a
5、ndpresentanewnonlinearNCSwithrandomtimedelays,andnamedthesemodelsasQuasiT-Sfuzzymodels.BasedonthesenewActuatorPlantSensordescriptionsforNCS,twotheoremsforthestabilityofclosed-loopNCSandstablecontrollerdesignwerepresented.Allthediscussionsandresultsinthispaperar
