3、ariousionswithhighsensitivityandselectivity.Coaxialpotentialsignals(millivolt-scale)ofthesamplefromtheself-referencing(SR)ionselectivechipcanbetransferredintothead620-basedamplifierwithanoutputofvolt-scalepotentials.Theamplifiedvoltageishighenoughtodrivealightemittingdiode(LED),whichcanbeu
4、sedasanamplifierandindicatortoreportthesampleinformation.Withthisdoubleamplificationdevice(lightemittingdiode-basedself-referencing-ionselectivefield-effecttransistor,LED-SR-ISFET),atinychangeofthesampleconcentrationcanbeobservedwithadistinguishablevariationofLEDbrightnessbyvisualinspection.
5、ThisLED-basedluminescentplatformprovidedafacile,low-cost,andrapidsensingstrategywithouttheneedofadditionalexpensivechemiluminescencereagentandinstruments.Moreover,theSRmodealsoendowsthisdeviceexcellentstabilityandreliability.Withthisinnovativedesign,sensitivedeterminationofK+,H+,andCl−by
6、thenakedeyewasachieved.Itshouldalsobenoticedthatthissensingstrategycaneasilybeextendedtootherions(ormolecules)bysimplyintegratingthecorrespondingion(ormolecule)selectiveelectrode.onsensingisatraditionalbutchallengingtopic,whichhasreportingtinychangesofthesample,whichexistinlargeI8playeda
