3、ndeffectiveconstruction.Astage-by-stageanalysiswassetuptomodeleverystepofthemainspanerection.Theresultswerefirstusedintheverificationanalysestoestablishtheadequacyofthepermanentworksthroughoutconstruction.Inparallel,extensivewindtunneltestingaswellasnumericalanalyseswere

4、performedtoascertaintheeffectsoftyphoonwindloadsonthestructure.Thestructuraldeformationspredictedbytheerectionanalysiswereincorporatedintoacomprehensivegeometriccontrolprocedure.Thispaperdescribestheconstructionmethodolo-giesdevelopedandtherelatedengineeringinput.Itout
