3、oxide.Theywererealizedbyprecisecontrolofnucleationandcrystalgrowth.Theyshowedhighperformanceofsolutionsystemsforfuturemetaloxidedevices.Liquidphasemorphologycontrolofanisotropicmetaloxideparticlesandfilmswouldcontributetodevelopmentofmetaloxidescienceandte
4、chnology.12.MorphologycontrolofacicularBaTiO3particlesAcicularBaTiO3particlesweredevelopedusingsolutionsystems.ThemorphologyofBaC2O40.5H2Owascontrolledtoacicularshape.ItsphasetransitiontoBaTiO3wasrealizedbyintroducingTiionsfromthecoprecipitatedamorphouspha
5、se.AcicularBaTiO3particleshaveanaspectratioashighas18andtheparticlesizecanbecontrolledbyvaryingthegrowthperiodofBaC2O4·0.5H2OwhichgovernsthesizeofBaC2O4·0.5H2Oparticles.AcicularparticlesofcrystallineBaTiO3canbeusedforultra-thinmultilayerceramiccapacitors.M
6、ultilayerceramiccapacitors(MLCC)areindispensableelectroniccomponentsforadvancedelectronictechnology2-12,butlargercapacityandsmallersizeareneededforfutureelectronicdevices.Tomeettheseneeds,BaTiO3particlesweredownsized,butferroelectricceramicslosetheirferroe
7、lectricitywhentheirparticlesizeisdecreasedandloseferroelectricityentirelyatacriticalsize2-11.ThisisknownasthesizeeffectanditimpedestheprogressofMLCC,soanovelsolutionhasbeeneagerlyanticipated.Here,weproposeMLCCusingacicularBaTiO3particles13.Anultra-thinferr
