3、eprogramsaredesigned,organized,documentedandbecomeinstitutionalized.Thebestprogrammingpracticeshouldbebasedonaneffectiveknowledgemanagementsystemthatisaimingatknowledgelearning,knowledgesharingandknowledgetransferring.INTRODUCTIONOstensibly,theknowledgemanagementofSASprogrammingisamatterof
4、it-goes-without-saying.Mostoftheprocessofdataextraction,transfer,derivation,analysisandreportingarewrittenincodes.However,thousandsofSASprogramsorcodeshavebecomedataubiquitythatmakesthegeneralizationandreuseoftheprogramsharderinanorganization.Whethertheknowledgeofthebestprogrammingpractice
