7、Specifically,thestudyyieldsinformationastothemostfre-quentlyusedwords,aswellasthepatternofwordusagewitheitherhighorlowguestratings.Italsoexploreswordchoicesofguestsscoringhotelsatlowerratingsversushigherratings.Implicationsofthedifferencesinwordchoicearediscussed
