1、工程中介区间协议篇一：建设工程居间中介服务合同建设工程居间中介服务合同委托人：（以下简称甲方）居间人：（以下简称乙方）根据《中华人民共和国合同法》的有关规定精神，结合目前建筑市场中介的一般做法，就甲方拟施工承包项目工程委托乙方进行居间服务一事，经甲乙双方协商一致，形成下列合同，供甲乙双方共同遵守：第一条：委托事项及具体要求1、委托事项：甲方以直接承包施工以上项目。2、具体要求：为甲方争取较好的合同环境。第二条：居间服务期限从工程项目跟踪至合同签订。第三条：报酬及支付方式1、甲方与总包方签订该项工程的承包合同后乙方中介服务完成，甲方应付给乙方签约合同中金额的2.5%（
