1、学校管理先进经验汇报材料兴办“真善美”教育为学生终生发展奠基伟大的教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过：当我们的学生在离开校园的时候，带走的不应该只有知识，更重要的是对理想的追求。那么努力创设一种快乐、健康、向上的育人氛围，为孩子的终生发展奠基，就一直是我们的教育梦想和追求。几年来，烧锅地小学始终坚持“育人为本，质量第一，培养特长，全面发展”的办学理念，本着“缩小模块、降低重心、精细管理、提升质量”的管理思路，以全面提高教育教学质量为目标，以实施精细化管理为重点，注重养成教育，强化艺术教育，努力打造自己教育品牌，形成自己的办学特色。具体的说：
