1、中学教师故事篇一：初中教师成长故事三尺讲台，书写人生美丽——安仁初中岁月如流水，回首相望，自己已在教育这个行业辛勤耕耘了十三年。十三年的时间可能对于那些老教师来说并不算什么，但对于我来说却是：有挫折、有教训、有经验，但更多的是喜悦。当老师是我从小的梦想，怀揣着这个梦想，在初中毕业填志愿时，我毫不犹豫地选择了师范院校。三年的师范生活，使我更坚定了对教师这个神圣职业的抉择。2000年9月，结束了学校生涯后，我又回到我的母校---安仁初中。当时的教学岗位已经满了，校长说：“你暂时辅助政教处工作吧！”一个礼拜后，校长又找我说：“有个英语老师在来校的路上腿摔伤了，你先带他的课试试！”于是我有幸进入
