1、从阿里上市看公司组织架构美国当地时间2014年9月19日上午，阿里巴巴敲响开市钟，登陆纽约证券交易所。随着开市钟声的响起，阿里成功地踏上了造富之路，创美国市场最大IPO纪录，成为IPO公司中总体估值最大、初始筹资规模最大的公司，也缔造了新的中国首富，以及一万多名千万富翁。当天，在短短三个小时的交易后，其价值已约为23亿美元（约18亿欧元），其每股的最初交易范围约为60至66美元之间。但在其交易日的第一天其股价已在某个时刻超过了每股99美元，从而打败了其它的竞争对手，例如市值达到了15亿美元的亚马逊网站，或者是拥有市值20亿美元的脸书（f
